You can any either raspberries or strawberries for this cupcake. Frozen berries work great. Mix berries with icing sugar and keep aside for some time.

Frost cupcake with pink icing and then spread berries all over covering the top completely. Drizzle white chocolate or cream cheese with a spoon.
